Enrollment now open for Kids and Youth Submission Grappling
Above and beyond physical fitness, these courses will provide discipline and structure much like a traditional martial arts class. Your child will learn basic submission grappling techniques to include wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These courses will be fun and interactive with group activities and one on one attention.
